Billing Questions

We are here to help address the needs of our customers during these challenging times.  Not only are we offering special risk management resources, but we can offer premium payment flexibility to customers who are financially affected by actions being taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19.  We are also temporarily postponing any cancellations for non-payment, for amounts owed to Attorney Protective, until June 30th, 2020 (applicable to payments originally due on or after March 13, 2020), unless additional time is required under a state order or other guidance. If you need assistance, please contact your agent to discuss.  Your agent will then work with our customer service team on payment options. 

AttPro subsequently announced and implemented a deferred payment plan for insureds who met certain qualifications and faced challenges in paying the full amount due by June 30, 2020. While the offer date has since expired to enroll in the deferred payment plan in most states , we encourage insureds to contact their agent/broker should financial circumstances prevent payment in full of billed premiums when due.
